Yandy Smith’s baby daddy and Love and Hip Hop co-star Mendeecees Harris (damn…he ain’t got no nickname?) has been found NOT GUILTY of child sex charges.
TMZ reports:
“Love and Hip Hop” star Mendeecees Harris — who appeared on the show with his fiancee Yandy Smith — has been cleared of multiple child sex charges … that would have put him in prison for decades.Harris was charged with sexual assault, child endangerment and promoting prostitution — after being accused of forcing a 15-year-old girl to watch porn with him, expose herself to him, and perform oral sex on him back in 2009.But today, Harris was acquitted on all charges in a New Jersey courtroom”
Yandy posted the following message on Instagram after the trial.
Harris is also facing drug charges in New York for conspiracy to distribute 5 kilos of cocaine, so instead of going home after the trial, he returned to the Bergen County Jail.
