(Gossip-Grind News) Kendrick Lamar Buys Modest Home In L.A. :

While rappers like Tyga who are purchasing mansions in L.A for $6.5 million and are 9,280 square feet, Kendrick Lamar is being modest with his $10 million networth.

The rapper who crowned himself the “King of New York” and was given the title “Rapper Of The Year” went for a 4-bedroom home located an hour away from Hollywood in Eastvale, CA and instead of dropping millions this home ran him $523,500 and he paid for it in cash. Not too bad huh?

In his most talked about verse of his career he rapped about rappers being obsessed with flashy things:

“I’m uncoachable, I’m unsociable, f*ck y’all clubs / F*ck y’all pictures, your Instagram can gobble these nuts” following it with, “I ain’t rockin’ no more designer shit / White T’s and Nike Cortez, this red Corvette’s anonymous.”

Now this confirms that we’re not crazy when questioning why Rick Ross would purchase Evander Holyfield’s 109 room mansion in Georgia that costs close to a million a year to maintain. But, they say if you have it spend it. Chile…but for Kendrick, the motivation was just to get out of the hood.
