Congratulations to Cardi B and her husband Offset, the couple welcomed their daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus into the world on Tuesday, July 10th at an Atlanta hospital. The baby girl is the first child for Cardi B and the fourth for Offset, who has three children from previous relationships. The couple announced the arrival and the child’s name via Instagram.
