Bay Area rap veteran Messy Marv got knocked unconscious during an altercation in Reno, Nevada. To add insult to injury the assailants took pictures of Marv laying on the ground and bloody, then posted the photo online via the rapper’s Twitter account.

The rapper was apparently in the area for a show when it happened.
The assailants got into his twitter and instagram accounts through his phone and posted a series of images of the rapper bloody and unconscious.
Messy Marv acknowledged that the assault did take place by posting the following tweets.
