The custody battle between Usher Raymond and his ex-wife Tameka Foster is officially over.Today a judge awarded Usher primary custody of the children he fathered with Foster. TMZ reports:
“we’re told a judge sided with the singer — awarding Usher primary custody of the ex-couple’s two sons, which means the children will be spending the majority of the time with their father.”
“Tameka still retains some custodial rights — but the extent to which Tameka will be able to see her kids is unclear” The decision comes just a month after a jet ski accident claimed the life of Foster’s child, Kile Glover.
