(Gossip-Grind) Tiger Woods Arrested For DUI
Golfer Tiger Woods was arrested around 3 a.m. Monday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence in Jupiter, Florida. Woods, a resident of Jupiter Island, Florida and was booked into jail at 7 a.m. Monday morning. Records show that Woods was released from custody at 10:50 a.m. under his own recognizance.
Woods had fusion surgery on his back in April because he could no longer tolerate the pain, and he said he wants to get back on the PGA Tour.
“I haven’t felt this good in years,” Woods said last week in an update on his website .
“I could no longer live with the pain I had,” Woods wrote last week. “We tried every possible non-surgical route and nothing worked. I had good days and bad days, but the pain was usually there, and I couldn’t do much. Even lying down hurt. I had nerve pain with anything I did and was at the end of my rope.”
