Jonathan A. Kirby,the guy who broke into LL’s house yesterday and got his ass kicked has been charged with 1st degree burglary with a person present. This makes Kirby’s 3rd strike, and if convicted, he faces a maximum of 38 years to life in prison. Prosecutors have asked the judge to set the 56 year old transient’s bail at $1.1 million.
