Alicia Keys and her husband Swizz Beatz are in contract to buy Eddie Murphy’s New Jersey estate for close to $12 million. Bubble Hill is the name of the five acre, 25,000 square foot, Georgian style mega mansion. The home includes 7 bedrooms, 9 full and 4 half bathrooms. It also includes a recording studio, bowling alley, billiards room, and a glass roofed indoor swimming pool. Alicia and Swizz will also be purchasing an additional two acre lot with a tennis court and children’s playground.
