DJ Khaled’s landlord is sueing the Miami dj to have him evicted, claiming the dj failed to pay $55,000 in back rent. Khaled was supposed to make two bulk payments totalling $66,000. He paid $11,000 but never paid the remaing balance of $55,000. Khaled was given three days notice to vacate the property but he refused. The lawsuit was filed to remove him from the apartment and get their money back. The best piece of advice ever given to me was “Do what you can afford”. If you ain’t got it like that, stop trying to keep up with the Joneses (Birdmans & Rick Rosses). Don’t put yourself in a hole trying to floss and don’t be up in the club throwing your rent money. In the words of Wale “The loudest nigga in the club is usually the brokest”. WE THE BEST!!!
